Lisa M. Tuck

Lisa M. Tuck is an associate attorney with the firm.  Ms. Tuck’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of estate planning; estate and trust litigation; fiduciary litigation, including demands for accountings and petitions to remove administrators, executors, trustees, guardians, conservators, and agents; as well as general civil litigation.  She is a member in good standing of the Virginia Bar Association, the Chesterfield Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division. She is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Ms. Tuck received her undergraduate degree from Carson-Newman College, her Master’s degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work and her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.  She has been with the firm since 2003.
