Albert L. Fary, III

Bert Fary is an associate attorney with the firm.  Mr. Fary is a member of the Virginia State Bar and licensed to practice in all of the Virginia state courts.  Mr. Fary’s practice focuses primarily on business transaction, entity formation and reorganization, commercial real estate, contract, and intellectual property issues.  

Mr. Fary received an undergraduate degree in Business Information Technology-Computer Based Decision Support Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University ("Virginia Tech") in 2002 and his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA in 2006.

Prior to law school Mr. Fary worked as a programmer and data analyst.  Mr. Fary is skilled in a broad range of technology applications, hardware and languages.
