Albert L. Fary, III
Mr. Fary has represented both large and small clients in business
and intellectual property ("IP") law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fary was an associate at
an intellectual property law firm in Richmond, Virginia handling copyright, trademark,
and various other internet law related matters.
Prior to law school, Mr. Fary worked as a software programmer and data
analyst. Mr. Fary is skilled in a broad range of computer
applications, hardware and languages. Mr. Fary's technical
background gives him a unique perspective as an attorney that allows
him to better understand a client's high-tech and leading edge legal
issues. This understanding allows for more effective
communications with clients about their high tech issues, which in turn will facilitate
achieving the client's goals.
In his spare time, Mr. Fary serves as Webmaster of the
Greater Richmond
Intellectual Property Law Association (GRIPLA).
